Our Story:

The story behind Springs Pilates begins with a personal journey of recovery and resilience. After enduring a life-changing car accident and years of chronic back pain, co-founder Jessica searched for lasting relief through surgeries and countless treatments—none of which offered the results she hoped for.

"Pilates was the turning point," Jessica shares. "The focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement gave me the relief I had been searching for. It wasn’t just a workout—it was a way to reconnect with my body and truly heal."

Inspired by this transformation, Jessica immersed herself in the practice, quickly recognizing its power to restore and strengthen from within. But over time, she began to crave something more.

"I wanted a workout that still honored the integrity of Pilates but pushed me further—something that delivered intensity, challenge, and strength," she explains.

That vision became the foundation of Springs: a studio built on the core principles of Pilates, elevated by dynamic strength training to create a full-body experience that’s both restorative and empowering.

Springs Pilates is more than a studio—it’s a space born from personal healing and designed to support every stage of the wellness journey. Whether recovering, rebuilding, or reaching for new challenges, clients are welcomed into a supportive environment where strength, transformation, and confidence take root.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge your body, enhance core stability, and build lasting strength—from the inside out. It’s a dynamic, full-body experience that proves fitness can be both powerful and deeply rewarding.

Flexibility:

Each Pilates session at Springs is designed to improve flexibility by thoughtfully lengthening and strengthening the body. The studio has been thoughtfully transformed into a calm, focused environment that supports both energy and renewal. With generous windows and an open layout, the space encourages movement, clarity, and connection.

Original details have been carefully preserved, blending the building’s past with a clean, modern design. The result is an inviting setting where clients can strengthen, restore, and recenter in a space that feels both elevated and grounded.
